1 Eligibility Requirements

Only those who meet the following requirements may access the pkpk44 platform—

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be accessing and playing of their own free will.
• Only one account per person may be opened; opening more than one account is strictly prohibited.
• Playing on behalf of a third party is not permitted.
• Anyone who knows they have a gambling problem must exclude themselves from accessing the platform.

2 Account Registration and Management

When opening an account at pkpk44, players must fulfil the following responsibilities—

• Accounts must be registered with accurate and complete personal information. Providing false information may result in account closure.
• You are responsible for keeping your own password secure; sharing it with a third party is prohibited.
• Selling, renting or transferring an account to anyone is not permitted.
• If unusual activity is detected on an account, pkpk44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close it without prior notice.
• Each player is personally responsible for all financial transactions made on their account.

3 Deposit Requirements

Deposits at pkpk44 can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay and bank transfer. Details regarding deposits are as follows—

• Minimum deposit amount: 3,000 Ks (for all methods).
• Deposits must be made from the player's own payment method; deposits from third-party accounts are not allowed.
• Deposits will be reflected in the player's account after verification and confirmation.
• pkpk44 may change its deposit methods at any time in accordance with its policies.

4 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: 30,000 Ks.
• Normal withdrawal processing time: within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made after the bonus wagering requirement has been met.
• Withdrawals to a different name are not allowed — funds can only be withdrawn via the same method used to deposit or to an account in your own name.
• If fraud or suspicious activity is detected, pkpk44 may review and place a hold on the withdrawal.

5 Welcome Bonus Terms

pkpk44's welcome bonus is 120% of the first deposit, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus, a bonus amount × 25 wagering requirement (25x) must be completed.

Example —

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 24,000 Ks → Account balance 44,000 Ks → Wagering: 24,000 Ks × 25 = 600,000 Ks must be wagered
• Deposit 520,000 Ks → Bonus 300,000 Ks → Account balance 820,000 Ks → Wagering: 300,000 Ks × 25 = 7,500,000 Ks must be wagered

The wagering requirement must be completed within 7 days of receiving the bonus; if not completed, the bonus and any winnings from it will be forfeited.

6 General Terms for All Promotions

• Each bonus type has its own wagering requirement; details will be provided on the promotions page or by the support team.
• Bonuses cannot be claimed more than once — the welcome bonus is issued once per player only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become real balance only after the wagering requirement is met.
• If pkpk44 determines that a bonus is being abused, it will be cancelled immediately and the account may also be closed.
• pkpk44 reserves the right to change promotions at any time; changes will be announced in advance on the platform.

7 VIP Levels and Cashback Terms

pkpk44's VIP program has 4 levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum — and players move up based on their play activity. Weekly cashback rates are —

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Cashback amounts are paid within one day after the week ends (Myanmar Standard Time). Cashback may also be subject to a wagering requirement; details will be provided by the support team.

8 Fair Play

pkpk44 is a platform protected by SSL encryption and fair play processes. If players engage in any of the following actions, immediate action will be taken, including account closure and freezing of funds —

• Using software bots, auto-betting scripts, or any automated play tools
• Playing with the intent to arbitrage bonuses (bonus abuse)
• Selling or sharing game data with third parties
• Impersonating platform staff or other players
• Making deposits or withdrawals for the purpose of money laundering

9 Identity Verification (KYC)

pkpk44 reserves the right to carry out KYC (Know Your Customer) checks to protect player data and ensure platform security —

• A copy of the player's national ID card or passport
• Payment method records
• Proof of address

If KYC documents are not submitted within 7 days of being requested, withdrawals may be placed on hold. All submitted documents will be kept securely in accordance with pkpk44's privacy policy.

10 Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, advertising interfaces, software, code, and content on the pkpk44 platform are the property of pkpk44. Players may not—

• Copy, distribute, or resell any content from the platform
• Use pkpk44's trademark without permission for any purpose

11 Limitation of Liability

pkpk44 will not be responsible for losses caused by incorrect information provided by the player, gameplay losses, software errors, or issues within the player's own control—

• Cases where a game is incomplete and results in a loss due to internet connection problems
• Cases where a player fails to secure their password and a third party accesses their account
• Cases where a deposit goes through via bank or payment method but does not appear in the account

pkpk44 will do its best to protect players' data and funds, but players should understand that there may be cases beyond our control, such as cyber attacks, for which we cannot be held liable.

12 Terms Amendments and Announcements

pkpk44 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be—

• Announced on the pkpk44.im platform
• Effective 7 days after the announcement
• If a player continues using the platform after an announcement, they are considered to have accepted the changes

Announcements may be displayed on the player's account; players should check regularly.

13 Account Closure and Service Suspension

pkpk44 reserves the right to close a player's account without prior notice in the following circumstances—

• A breach of these terms is found
• Evidence of gameplay fraud is established
• Money laundering is suspected
• The player requests to close their own account

After an account is closed, any remaining balance will be handled at pkpk44's discretion; bonus funds cannot be returned.

14 Privacy Policy

pkpk44 has strict policies in place to protect players' personal information. You can read them on the Privacy Policy page. These terms and the Privacy Policy together form the agreement governing use of the platform.

15 Responsible Gaming
